We are recruiting for a full time Barista/Cafe All Rounder at the National Library of Australia.

About the Role
Make coffee and tea to a high quality and appearance,
Take orders and enter in POS,
Ensure standards of excellence are achieved regarding customer service, staff presentation and grooming,
Beverage stocktake and ordering,
Lead by example in a supervisor capacity,
Help and support the team on the floor when required.

Perks
$60,000 - $65,000 salary on offer based on your experience
Full time position including Annual Leave accrual +12% superannuation on top of your salary

About you
2+ year Barista Experience
should able to handle 6-10kg of coffee per day
High level of coffee machine knowledge and the proven ability to train and mentor other baristas
Exceptional knowledge and passion in making all types of espresso coffee
Latte Art
Experienced and motivated about working in a fast-paced busy environment
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Valid working rights in Australia
