Full job description

Frango is seeking casual Kitchen Prep staff to join our busy kitchen’s. You will be assisting our kitchen crew with food preparation of the many menu options we offer to our customers.

In the role you will be responsible for:
Assembling and preparing ingredients for cooking as well as packing ingredients for our various stores around Sydney;
Knowledge and understanding of knife skills and the ability to cut and portion ingredients efficiently;
Experience working in a fast-paced environment;
Maintaining a well presented, clean and hygienic kitchen or food preparation area;
General cleaning duties within the kitchen or food preparation area;
Assisting with inventory management;
Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times;




Working within a team-based setting with our kitchen crew and other team members to ensure a smooth operation; and
Complying with our safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.

You will need to possess the following:
Well-presented and friendly attitude;
Good organisational skills and attention to detail;
Ability to work well under pressure in a quick-paced environment;
Positive attitude and good communication skills;
Flexibility to work various shifts between Monday to Sunday; and
Eligibility to work in Australia.
