Griffin Marine is a leading provider of marine services to Defence and commercial operators. Our CAIRNS TEAM is growing and seeking Trade Assistants.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist tradespeople with various tasks such as maintenance, repairs and installations
Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with PPE requirements in an industrial environment
Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals
Utilise hand and power tools under the supervision of experienced professionals
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Adhere to project schedules and meet deadlines
Attend training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Skills and Experience:
Solid work ethic with the ability to work 38+ hours per week
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively within a team environment
Previous experience using hand tools or power tools (Desirable)
Valid Confined Space, Working at Heights, EWP, Forklift and Fire Sentry tickets (Required)
Possess an OHS Construction Induction - White Card (Required)
Valid Driver's License (Required)




Ability to hold and obtain a National Police Clearance and Defence Common Access Card (DCAC) (Required)
