Reporting to the Director Sales & Marketing – Rural, you will:
Lead brand and customer engagement strategy
Shape market development initiatives
Drive customer insights and voice-of-customer programs
Support recent product launches.
Build distributor and farmer engagement.
Lead digital marketing and CRM programmes.
Develop a high-performing marketing team.
Contribute to Rural Leadership Team strategy.
