As a Registered Nurse at Australian Community Aged Care, you will provide high quality, person centred clinical care to older Australians living at home. Key Responsibilities
Conduct nursing assessments and reviews
Develop and manage individualised care plans
Monitor consumer health and wellbeing

Support quality and compliance requirements
Advocate for consumer dignity, choice, and independence
What We’re Looking For
Current Registered Nurse registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
Experience in aged care, community care, or healthcare
Strong communication and clinical skills
Compassionate and professional approach to care
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
