We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our busy café team for an immediate start.
About the Role
Working in a rapid-paced hospital café, you willprepare high-quality coffee and beverageswhile delivering outstanding customer service to hospital staff, patients, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare consistently excellent espresso-based coffees and beverages.
Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
Operate commercial coffee equipment with confidence.
Handle POS transactions and cash.
Maintain a clean, organised, and food-safework setting.
Assist with food preparation and display as required.
Work collaboratively with the café team during busy service periods.
About You
Minimum 2 years' experience as a barista in a busy café.
Strong knowledge of espresso extraction,
milktexturing, and latte art.
Able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
Reliable, punctual, and well presented.
Excellent communication and customer serviceskills.
Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekdays, and weekends if required.
Food Safety and Barista certifications aredesirable but not essential.
