Minimum 12 months hospitality experience required
Pizza Maker:
Preparing and cooking pizzas as well as other menu items to order
Ensuring all recipes are accurately followed
Meeting and greeting customers
Answering the phone, taking orders and processing payments
Routine cleaning duties
Ability to work well under pressure and in a quick-paced workplace
Supervisor:
Responsible for efficiently running and controlling all elements of a fast-paced service
Ability to lead and motivate team members
Upholding operational and service procedures
Establishing and maintaining outstanding relations with customers
Handling customer queries and feedback
Cash handling & reporting
Strong communication skills, tact, and diplomacy
Decision making and problem solving
Ability to work well under pressure
