The role will require you to have:
At least 2 years experience in a fast paced, busy restaurant
A can-do attitude, enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn
Attention to detail and desire to offer exceptional hospitality
Outstanding communication skills and an ability to work as part of a team
Drive, initiative and an interest in the Melbourne food and wine scene
Wine knowledge an advantage but not essential
