Key responsibilities
Develop and lead preventative and predictive maintenance strategies to maximise plant uptime
Monitor, analyse and report on equipment reliability and asset performance metrics

Collaborate with production, technical, quality and operational teams to improve reliability and reduce downtime
Lead, develop and coach the maintenance team, fostering a results driven and safety conscious culture

Requirements
Proven maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably in plastics or injection moulding
Strong knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance systems, with experience in automation and robotics
Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage multiple stakeholders
Sound understanding of Australian WHS legislation and safety best practices
Ability to operate effectively in a high volume, 24 hour environment
