Role Description

The Assistant Manager will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, and managing staff performance. This is a full time or part-time, in office role located in the Greater Sydney Area. Responsibilities include coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations, resolving customer complaints, supervising the inventory, and supporting the team to deliver a premium pub experience.

Qualifications
Experience in hospitality management, staff supervision, and customer service
Skills in inventory management, budgeting, and financial oversight
Proficiency in conflict resolution, team coordination, and problem-solving
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field is desirable
Prior experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial
