Airbnb Cleaning Team Member – Central Coast NSW

About the Role
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing Airbnb and short-stay accommodation cleaning team across the Central Coast. You will work in small, supportive teams to prepare homes to a high standard between guest stays. All cleaning equipment, products, and training are fully provided.

Key Responsibilities
Perform high-quality cleans for Airbnb and short-term rental properties
Work efficiently in a team to complete cleans within scheduled timeframes
Change and remake beds, refresh towels, restock supplies and amenities
Conduct laundry tasks where required (folding, sorting, basic linen management)
Complete property checklists and report any maintenance or inventory issues
Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure 5-star guest experiences
Follow company cleaning standards, procedures, and safety guidelines

About You
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and within a team
Solid attention to detail and pride in your work
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with set deadlines
Weekend availability preferred (Airbnb turnover peak times)
Licence highly preferred due to travel between properties

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $35.00 – $59.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 30 per week
