Aroma Cafe is a vibrant café located in the Northbridge TAFE Aberdeen St campus. It is a popular, long running owner operated business, known for specialty coffee and fresh, wholesome food made in house.

We’re seeking an experienced barista who is passionate about quality coffee and thrives in a quick paced environment. This is a casual role with full time hours available.

Early starts and finishes, no night times or weekends.

About the role:
Lead coffee quality control
Prepare exceptional espresso and specialty beverage recipes
Provide warm, welcoming service to all customers
Support a busy café team with reliability and enthusiasm

What we’re looking for:
Proven barista experience with robust knowledge of specialty coffee




Confidence in fast-paced service environments
Good latte art skills (preferred)
A genuine passion for coffee, people, and great hospitality
