Sushi Train Mango Hill is looking for junior casual team members to join our friendly team.
We are currently hiring:
Junior Sushi Maker (Kitchen)
Applicants must be at least 6 years old.
No experience is required. Full training will be provided.
School students are encouraged to apply.
Duties
Hot Food Sushi Maker (Kitchen)
This role involves working with deep fryers and other hot cooking equipment
Application must be able to follow safety procedures and work responsibly in a commercial kitchen.
Food preparation
General kitchen duties
Cleaning
Requirements
Reliable and punctual
Positive attitude and willing to learn
Able to work in a rapid-paced workplace
Available after school and/or weekends
Sushi restaurant experience is highly regarded but not essential.
Employment
Casual position
Approximately 4–12 hours per week
Junior rates apply in accordance with the Restaurant Industry Award. Pay is based on age.
