About the Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding dining experience for our guests by:
Greeting and welcoming customers with a friendly attitude
Taking food and beverage orders accurately
Serving food and drinks efficiently
Providing excellent customer service throughout each guest's visit
Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming restaurant environment
Assisting with opening and closing duties
Working closely with both the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service

What We're Looking For
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not essential
A positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering excellent service




Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work well in a busy, fast-paced environment
A professional appearance and reliable work ethic
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
NSW RSA Competency Card (or willingness to obtain one)
