We’re looking for a reliable and passionate Pizza Cook to join our Brewery Restaurant in Rozelle. You’ll play an integral role in delivering high-quality food and keeping the kitchen running smoothly in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Preparing and cooking pizzas to a consistently high standard.
Assisting with the preparation of other menu items as required.
Monitoring stock levels and communicating ordering needs.
Ensuring all food is prepared, stored, and presented to quality and safety standards.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen workspace.
Assisting with stock rotation, deliveries, and general kitchen duties.
Working closely with the kitchen team to deliver outstanding service during busy periods.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience working in a pizza kitchen or quick-paced kitchen environment preferred.
Strong attention to detail and pride in food quality.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the business.
