DENTAL RECEPTION & DENTAL ASSISTING – FULL TIME

Experienced Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant Wanted

Lightwood Dental is looking for a confident and experienced team member to join our practice in a full time Dental Reception & Assisting role.

ABOUT YOU
Full time position only
Previous dental reception experience is essential
Dental assisting experience is preferred
Applicants with nursing experience but no dental assisting experience are welcome to apply
Confident working in a busy dental practice
Excellent patient communication and customer service skills
Skilled, reliable, organised and team-focused

THE ROLE

The position will include:
Dental reception
Appointment bookings and recalls
Answering phones and patient enquiries
Treatment plan coordination
Payments and general administration
Assisting dentists during procedures
Clinical room preparation and sterilisation
Supporting the dental team with nursing/assisting duties

Only candidates with previous dental reception experience will be considered.
