Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to join a supportive, high-performing real estate team? We're seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional who can confidently manage a residential property portfolio while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a residential property portfolio from lease commencement through to vacate.
Conduct open homes, private inspections, routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports.
Process tenancy applications, lease renewals, bond lodgements, and tenancy sign-ups.
Manage rent arrears, issue legislative notices, and attend tribunal hearings when required.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
Handle tenancy disputes, insurance claims, and provide expert advice to property owners.
Prepare tenancy documentation and maintain accurate records in property management software.
Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with Victorian legislation.
Identify opportunities to grow the property management portfolio.
Support the wider property management team and contribute to continuous process improvement.





What We're Looking For
Previous experience in residential property management.
Strong understanding of Victorian residential tenancy legislation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Current Agent's Representative Certificate (or equivalent), current driver's licence, and reliable vehicle.
