Wildflower Society is opening a brand-current store in Hurstville and we’re looking for an experienced Head Barista to lead our coffee program from day one.
This is a great chance for a passionate coffee professional who loves people, takes pride in consistency and thrives in a quick-paced café workplace. You’ll play a key role in setting the coffee standards, training the team and helping create the warm, genuine hospitality experience Wildflower Society is known for.

About the role
As Head Barista, you’ll be responsible for leading daily coffee operations, maintaining quality and consistency, supporting service flow and training the team to deliver coffee with care and confidence. Experience in a similar high volume specialty coffee environment is a must.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being on the machine, leading by example and creating a positive energy across the team and customer experience.
Pay: $26.50 – $32.00 per hour
