About the Role

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic, reliable, and energetic Multisports Coach to deliver fun, engaging, and development-focused sport sessions for children aged 2–5 years.

This role is perfect for someone who loves working with young children, understands early childhood development, and can turn sport into a positive first experience. You’ll deliver a structured 10-week program across multiple sports, focusing on movement, confidence, coordination, and FUN.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver age-appropriate, engaging sessions in soccer, athletics, NRL, tennis, and basketball
Run fun warm-up games, skill-based activities, and sport-specific mini-games
Create a protected, inclusive,



and supportive workplace for all children
Positively communicate with children and parents before, during, and after sessions
Set up and pack away equipment efficiently
Represent the organisation with professionalism and enthusiasm
Monitor participation and provide feedback to supervisors when required

Essential Requirements
Valid Driver’s Licence
NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 or equivalent)
Robust communication skills
Ability to work independently and safely manage small groups

Program Structure

Each 10-week program includes:
Weekly 30–45 minute sessions
Warm-up games
Fundamental skill development
Sport-specific mini-games
Focus on fun, movement, coordination, and confidence building

Work Location: In person

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
