VeiraMal Consulting is seeking an experienced Child Care Worker to join our clients' business Compass Early Learning in Merriwa. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual who can work well in a team, with robust communication skills.

Summery:

Child Care Workers provide care and supervision for children in programs, such as long day care and occasional care, in childcare centres, hospitals and educational centres.

The responsibilities will include:
Assists in the preparation of materials and equipment for children's education and recreational activities
Manages children's behaviour and guides children's social development
Prepares and conducts activities for children
Entertains children by reading and playing games
Supervises children in recreational activities




Supervises the daily routine of children
Supervises the hygiene of children

Skills required:
Previous experience in a similar role
Robust communication and time management skills
Ability to prioritize, set goals, and a determination to achieve them
Robust verbal and written skills
Work well under pressure and with a team

Remuneration: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 + Superannuation
