We are currently seeking an organised and proactive Scheduling Coordinator to join a well-established company based in Arndell Park. This is a temporary full time assignment offering consistent weekday hours and a competitive hourly rate of $38.00 per hour.

Our client is a leading specialist in air compressor sales, service, and maintenance, supporting customers across a range of industrial and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate daily service technicians and field staff.
Manage incoming service requests and prioritise work orders.
Liaise with customers to confirm appointments and provide service updates.
Monitor technician schedules and make adjustments as required.
Maintain accurate scheduling records and job information.
Work closely with the service team to ensure effective job completion.
Provide general administrative support to the operations team.

About You




Previous experience in scheduling, service coordination, dispatch, or a similar administrative role.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Confident using Microsoft Office and scheduling or ERP systems.
A positive attitude with strong attention to detail.
