We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Barista / Front of House All-Rounder to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a quick-paced environment, provides excellent customer service, and is willing to assist in all areas of café operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages.
Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Serve food and drinks to customers.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the café, including dining and service areas.
Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.
Support kitchen and team members when required.
Follow food safety, hygiene,
and workplace health and safety standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a barista or in hospitality is preferred but not essential.
Ability to make espresso-based coffee (training can be provided if needed).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and solid work ethic.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays if required.
