About the role
Advance Motion is seeking an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join our growing team. We are looking for a team member at full time or part time capacity (pro-rata at ~30+ hours per week).
You will deliver mobile exercise physiology services across Perth. The role offers flexibility and autonomy while being part of a supportive team.

We are a growing mobile exercise physiology business providing services across Perth. Our diverse caseload includes NDIS, My Aged Care, Workers’ Compensation/Motor Vehicle Insurance, DVA, Medicare, paediatrics/youth, and clients managing chronic disease and injuries. We also deliver group exercise classes for adults, seniors, and people living with disability.
What you'll be doing
Provide one-on-one evidence-based exercise interventions across a diverse range of client groups and referral pathways, including NDIS, Aged Care, Chronic Disease, Workers’ Compensation/Motor Vehicle Insurance, Paediatrics/Youth, DVA, and Medicare.
Deliver group exercise classes including Senior Strength and Balance Classes, Falls Prevention Classes, and Mat Pilates. Experience is desirable but not essential (training will be provided).
Deliver mobile services in client homes, gyms, parks, and community settings.
Collaborate with referrers, support coordinators, and other allied health specialists.
What we're looking for
ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist (new graduates are welcome to apply)
Valid driver’s licence.
Reliable, qualified, and passionate about helping clients improve health, function, and independence.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
