Our client is a respected name in the mechanical services industry, known for their technical expertise, loyal client base, and team-oriented culture. With a strong pipeline of $5M - $20M projects , they’re growing and ready to bring in the right person to lead and deliver key builds across sectors like education, aged care, retail, and commercial mid‑rise.

Mentoring junior team members
Reporting to the Construction Manager and collaborating across departments
What You’ll Bring
Experience delivering mechanical projects $5M - $30M+
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and services
Outstanding commercial acumen – cost control, scheduling, and communication
Leadership style that’s proactive, hands‑on, and solutions‑focused
Mechanical trade background or degree (ideal but not essential)
