Key Responsibilities:
Follow health, safety, and manufacturing protocols to assemble and test biomedical products
Work within detailed SOPs, ensuring every step is signed off accurately
Use hand tools and mechanical skills to complete complex assembly tasks
Conduct quality inspections and document assembly/test data precisely
Maintain a clean, organised workstation to support optimal production flow
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to team training
What we’re looking for:
Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in skilled assembly, ideally within medical device manufacturing
Strong mechanical aptitude, with experience following SOP steps in a regulated environment
High attention to detail, with the ability to follow complex instructions
Excellent organisational, coordination, and communication skills
Proactive mindset and adaptability in evolving processes
Physical dexterity and ability to work in a shift environment
