The JBS Dinmore Kitchen team are currently recruiting a passionate Sous Chef to join our busy cafeteria team. Reporting to the Catering Manager, our Sous Chef will join a fast-paced, მიღ-centric team, serving hundreds of delicious meals across 5 operational days per week.

Responsibilities
Team leadership and supervision; &
Food safety, compliance and hygiene; &
Menu and product development; &
Stock ordering and cost control; &
Equipment and facilities management.

About You
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, high volume kitchen setting
Strong working knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work a flexible roster including early starts and late finishes
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet service deadlines
Adaptable, reliable and solution-focused
High level of personal presentation and hygiene
Menu costing and portion control knowledge
Stock management and ordering systems experience
