Cafe Ferveur is looking for an experienced Barista /Allrounder to join our team.

Casual shifts available Monday to Friday.with up to 4 shifts a week (ideally Mon - Thur) during daytime hours. We are open 7am to 3pm and early mornings may be required. Metro is only a short bus ride away and we have staff parking on site.

Position Requirements:
More than 1yr experience as a Barista with confident latte art skills
A love for coffee and with solid coffee making skills – (Barista skills & knowledge required)
Making and serving Coffee to a consistent high standard at all times (inc. basic latte art)
Able to provide exceptional hospitality to all customers and build rapport
Dial in grinder on a daily basis and monitor throughout the day
Daily setup and cleaning of all coffee equipment and area.




Keeping coffee area stocked accordingly

About You:
Enthusiastic, friendly, and able to work under pressure.
Able to build robust relationships with both co-workers and our customers.
Experience in food handling (ideal)
Self-motivated, driven and adaptable
Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Experience working FOH duties and using POS.

Pay: $26.00 – $35.00 per hour
