We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
determining product mix, stock levels and service standards
formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services
selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use
maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
undertaking budgeting for the establishment
controlling selection, training and supervision of staff
ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

Required Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 1 years of experience in a retail management role, or a qualification at Diploma level or above in Business Management,



Retail Management, or Hospitality Management
Proven experience managing large teams in a quick-paced food service or retail environment
Strong understanding of stock management, labour cost control, and sales performance
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work adaptable schedule including weekends, evenings, and public holidays

What We Offer
Market-competitive salary of $76,515 ~ $80,000+ superannuation
