MyVet Byron Bay is the only small animal vet clinic in our beautiful town, surrounded by beaches, hinterland, and a vibrant community of pet lovers. We are a small, friendly team dedicated to providing skilled and compassionate services to our clients and patients. This is an exciting time to join the Byron community due to ongoing growth. We are currently accepting applications from experienced veterinarians who are looking for a healthy lifestyle on the coast and are passionate about pet wellness and delivering exceptional patient care.

Small Animal Veterinarian, looking for a fresh change
Permanent Part Time with flexible hours
Monday 9–3 pm, Friday 8:30–5:30 and one to two 4-hour shifts on Saturday per month

Bright open reception area where clients feel at home from the moment they enter
Two consult rooms, surgery suite, in-house Idexx pathology, digital x-ray room, ultrasound, open treatment room, pharmacy and full lab
Large staff room for team meetings and meals




Excellent client and pet experience with online bookings, pet wellness program, and separate waiting areas for cats and dogs; stress-free workplace with protocols for reactive pets
Compassionate services including home visits for special cases

We’re looking for a warm and friendly nature with a good sense of humor, dedicated to your career and community by providing quality and compassionate veterinary care. Minimum 4–5 years practicing veterinary experience is preferred.
