Job description:

Our client, ERINFAIR PTY LTD T/AS Bunbury Farmers Markets, is currently seeking experienced Bakers to join their kitchen team at two locations: Glen Iris (Bunbury Farmers Markets) and Vasse (Vasse Village by Bunbury Farmers Market).

Duties & Responsibilities:
Preparation and production of quality bakery products
Preparing, mixing, cutting, and shaping dough ready for baking
Monitoring proving, baking and cooling times
Operating machines and tools to prepare bakery products
Ensuring the implementation of hygiene standards in the workplace

Qualifications and Experience:
All relevant experience will be considered and for applicants with a relevant Australian trade certificate or qualification / training, less experience will be considered
A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude and ability to work well in a team
The ability to excel under pressure in a high-volume environment with excellent problem-solving skills
Well-developed communication and team skills
Attention to detail with a focus on consistency

Salary:

The Annual Salary is $75,000 - $80,000 commensurate to qualifications, skills, & experience.
