The Role
You will be delivering workplace rehabilitation services in the beautiful south-west of WA, based out of the Margaret River or surrounding region. The role encompasses clients in the south-west corner, roughly bordered by Bunbury, Bridgetown, Pemberton, Augusta and Dunsborough.
Fluid Workplace Rehabilitation is a WorkCover WA accredited workplace rehabilitation provider with a solid reputation for quality service provision, a loyal customer base and a broad industry network. Fluid Rehab values highly experienced, independent, self-motivated, knowledgeable and personable Consultants. You will be expected to deliver high-quality work in an autonomous setting, with support as needed.
Complete discretion of applicants will be maintained, respecting the sensitivities of working within a small industry.
The role encompasses:
Delivery of case management rehabilitation services predominantly to workers compensation clients under the WA WorkCover scheme.
Delivery of discipline-specific services as required, for example, Job Demands Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, Manual Task Training, Back Care Education, Vocational Assessments etc. within the bounds of your qualifications.
Working with both return to pre-injury employer and redeployment clients.
Maintaining relationships with our valued customers.
Work from home.
Local region travel.
Requirements for the role:
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Nursing.
Registered with AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC.
Experience in workplace rehabilitation is essential; at least 3 years is preferred.
Your own reliable vehicle and current driver's license is essential.
You will require your own laptop and mobile phone.
Willingness to travel within the south-west region to deliver services is required.
You will need to be self-motivated, independent, solution focussed and driven.
