Support Worker – Make a Real Difference

Looking for meaningful, flexible work close to home? We're seeking a caring, reliable Support Worker in the Chatswood area to help local participants live independently and get the most out of everyday life.

What you'll be doing:
Working independently — close to home, less time commuting, more time making an impact
Providing personal care support, including assistance with showering, delivered with dignity and respect
Helping out with light domestic tasks like cleaning and cooking, tailored to what's needed
Supporting community access — think shopping trips, the gym, recreational outings, and transport — helping your participant stay active, connected, and engaged with life

You possess sound written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to work flexible schedule including short shifts, mornings, and evenings.
A genuine interest in improving the lives of those you care for

Desirable/Highly preferred but not required:
Certificate III in disability, community services or other health disciplines including those working towards a qualification in health.
Experience with personal care assistance.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $35.00 – $70.00 per hour
