About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our Tullamarine team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. This position is ideal for a junior quality coordinator or recent graduate looking to kickstart a career in the dairy industry. You will support the wider quality team and ensure our products meet the highest food safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain accurate records of quality data
Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures
Perform inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
Operate laboratory equipment and perform calibrations as required
Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
About You
We welcome recent graduates with a degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field, and candidates with 1+ years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
