About the role

STIRLING IGA' is seeking a full time Butcher to join our team in the Northern Suburbs and Joondalup area of Perth, Western Australia. As a Butcher, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality meat products and exceptional customer service to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing
Cutting, trimming, and preparing a wide variety of meats to customer specifications
Ensuring all meat products meet food safety and quality standards
Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service, offering advice and recommendations
Maintaining a clean and well-organised butchery workspace
Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment
Contributing to the overall success and growth of the STIRLING IGA' butchery department

What we're looking for
Formal butchery qualifications or significant relevant industry experience
Robust knowledge of meat cuts, handling, and preparation techniques
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide expert advice




Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to food safety and hygiene
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A positive, enthusiastic, and hardworking attitude
