Overview
One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Senior ICT Specialist Workforce Planner in Canberra .
Responsibilities
Strategically plan and manage the workplace workplace to support workforce productivity and efficiency, and support cultural change.
Develop workforce plans and programs in support of organisational strategies.
Conducting workforce supply analysis by assessing existing workforce capability and identify underutilized/Overstretched resources and skill gaps.
Provide insights to support resource prioritization and funding decisions.
