As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and managing customers and partners using our Executive Gold Suite products.

Experience
5+ years of enterprise software support, SaaS experience preferred
Recent history and examples of customer software support, exceptional service and customer retention
Experience across a range of industries, including government departments
Experience building relationships at all levels in medium and large enterprises
Business degree, customer service training and a passion for self improvement and learning
Outstanding communication,



attention to detail and relationship building skills
Team player, ability to work independently and ability to meet agreed targets

Responsibilities
Identify, connect with and close sales with new customers and recent partners
Develop a current client onboarding and tailored customer support plan
Connect with customers and partners in person, at events, via email, via chat and on the phone
Collaborate with WMT team members to enhance our business processes, request support and to deliver customer care
Lead webinars to drive upsell of additional products, support and services
Work location of choice (or a combination): Melbourne - Australia, New York City - United States, London - Unitied Kingdom, Brussels - Beligum and/or home office in your location of preference.
