Receive, process, and manage customer orders, inquiries, and complaints with accuracy and professionalism
Provide comprehensive product and service information to customers and internal stakeholders
Support the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using company systems and CRM software
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
Assist in organizing sales materials, inventory information, and customer databases
Coordinate between customers and the sales team to facilitate smooth transactions
Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
Upper Secondary School education or equivalent
Proven experience in customer service or sales support roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn CRM software
Sound understanding of sales procedures, order processing, and customer management systems
Excellent organizational and time management skills
