This role will suit an experienced HR Coordinator who is results-oriented and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

Your new role
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR systems
Support workforce reporting and lifecycle documentation including probation reviews
Coordinate recruitment, job ads, interviews, and reference checks
Prepare contracts, onboarding packs, and manage inductions/compliance
Monitor licences, training, and credentials, and track expiries/renewals
Respond to employee HR enquiries
Manage office operations, supplies, and facilities
Support visiting leadership and operational teams

Your experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR coordination,



HR administration, or recruitment support preferably in the security industry
Strong understanding of Fair Work legislation and modern awards
Proven industry experience in security, labour hire or facilities management highly desirable
Exceptional communication and organisational skills
Must be available to work full time in the office
