The Position
Engage with your customers, taking high volume coffee orders, ensuring each user is 100% satisfied
Operate the till to take orders and process transactions
Maintain coffee stocks and ensure your space is clean
Responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and daily step down of machine
Food preparation such as making salads and sandwiches and function support when required
Adaptable to handle diverse tasks, from food prep to cleaning based on the needs at that time

The Person
An experienced barista (a true coffee connoisseur)



who is comfortable producing high-quality coffees
Qualified presentation – this is a front of house role, and you will be the face of the company to our users
The ability to set, adjust, correct machine and grinder settings
Possesses hands on experience with POS systems
Barista Qualification advantageous
Has current working with children check or the ability to obtain
