This role offers hands-on exposure to a broad range of commercial, retail and industrial leasing matters, supporting respected Partners and Senior fee earners in a team-oriented, well-resourced workplace. With a strong focus on growth, support and flexibility, this is an excellent opportunity to deepen your leasing expertise while being genuinely valued for what you bring.

Your Day to Day
Drafting and negotiating commercial, retail and industrial lease documentation
Managing lease renewals, variations and surrenders
Preparing disclosure statements and coordinating execution of documents
Liaising with clients, agents, landlords, tenants and external stakeholders
Attending to pre and post completion tasks, including stamping and registration
Maintaining accurate matter files, records and lease databases




Providing high-level Paralegal support across the Property team

What You’ll Bring
At least 2–3 years’ experience as a Leasing Paralegal or Property Legal Assistant
Solid understanding of Queensland leasing legislation and processes
Confidence drafting and managing lease documentation end to end
Excellent organisation, attention to detail and time management
Robust communication skills and a client-focused approach
Proficiency across Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems
