Assure is one of Australia’s leading providers of EAP, leader support, critical incident and workplace interventions and we’ve been delivering best-in-class services for 34 years. We’re looking for like-minded individuals to join us!

In this role you will be delivering a range of coaching and counselling support to help individuals to manage their work, health, and life journey. Using a client-centre model of care and brief therapy you will deliver clinically validated support across a wide range of issues.

Responsibilities
Deliver a range of coaching and counselling support to help individuals to manage their work, health, and life journey using a client-centre model of care and brief therapy; deliver clinically validated support across a wide range of issues.

Qualifications
Qualifications in Psychology with current registration
Brief therapy solution-focused intervention skills
Critical incident experience is desirable, as is experience in workplace intervention strategies such as facilitated discussions, and workplace behaviour coaching
The ability to identify workplace issues and communicate these appropriately with the relevant stakeholders
Ability to identify prospects for upselling and on selling EAP services to organisational customers
