Position: Procurement Officer / Deputy Site Manager
Location: ACRWORLD, Adelaide, South Australia, Australia
ACRWORLD are on the lookout for an experienced Procurement Officer to undertake procurement and stores management activities for the Operational Assets in South Australia.
Responsibilities
Manage and follow up on supplier onboarding, procurement requests, and orders
Maintain accurate inventory records, arrange annual stocktakes, and resolve discrepancies in the CMMS
Receive goods into stores, assist with unloading, and receipt items in the CMMS
Support outage planning and execution by coordinating contractor requirements
Collaborate with Accounts and Finance on purchasing, inventory, and receiving processes
Skills & Experience
Forklift License
Can-do attituded and self-motivated
Proficient in Microsoft suite of Office products.
Energy, mining, utilities or Heavy industrial plant experience highly regarded.
Knowledge or experience with procurement inventory
