This is a Client Services Manager position at the centre of our advice process. You'll work closely with the advice and support team to manage clients from onboarding through to ongoing review — keeping everything moving, well-documented, and properly implemented. If you have an interest in developing into paraplanning, you'll be given every chance to do so. Our current paraplanner started in exactly this role.
What you'll be doing
Onboarding current clients and coordinating initial data gathering
Supporting the adviser through the strategy and advice preparation process
Managing implementation across superannuation, investments, and structures
Liaising with product providers and platforms to progress client matters
Coordinating client reviews and managing follow-through on action items
Maintaining accurate records and CRM updates across all client files
Contributing to process improvement as the practice continues to evolve
What we're looking for
Experience as a CSM or in an adviser support role within a financial planning practice
Solid understanding of advice processes, product platforms, and compliance documentation
Comfortable working across multiple platforms with Word and Excel as primary tools
Genuinely comfortable with AI tools — we use them actively and that will grow
RG146 compliant or working towards it (optional but will help)
Robust written communication, highly organised, and able to manage competing priorities independently
The flexibility
We're after the right person. We're open to school hours across four or five days, full time or part time, work from home or hybrid. Sydney-based candidates are preferred, but we'll consider the right person outside Sydney. We also offer above-award leave: 4 weeks annual leave, 2 weeks personal leave, your birthday off, study leave, and typically 2–3 additional discretionary days through the year to give you extra long weekends. All up, that's close to 7 weeks of leave annually. Some of our team go for a run in the afternoon, others handle personal commitments during the day. We don't watch the clock — we trust you to get the job done.
$75,000 – $85,000 + super, depending on experience.
