Freight Forwarder, Transport (Sydney)

Responsibilities
Deliver a customer‑first experience by ensuring all deliveries meet customer expectations, timelines, and KPI milestones.
Plan, prioritise, and coordinate domestic transport movements using the Transport Workbench to ensure productive and timely execution.
Manage transport jobs end‑to‑end, balancing service excellence with cost efficiency to support profitability.
Maintain clear, skilled communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, providing accurate and timely updates.
Identify and resolve transport‑related issues proactively (e.g. documentation, load requirements, or space constraints) to minimise disruptions.
Ensure accurate data entry and financial processing while continuously identifying prospects to improve processes and service delivery.

Qualifications
Strong communicator with the ability to influence, present clearly,



and challenge ideas constructively.
Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy, meeting deadlines, and following procedures.
Confident and resilient, with a proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Skilled in problem‑solving, data interpretation, and documentation.
Proven experience in Freight Forwarding, and proficient in CargoWise One and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
