Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate design throughout tender, pre‑construction and project delivery phases.
Manage consultant teams, design programmes and stakeholder engagement across complex projects.
Drive buildability, value engineering and design optimisation initiatives.
Coordinate design documentation, statutory approvals and compliance requirements.
Support bid submissions, consultant procurement and pre‑construction planning.
Collaborate closely with project and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Champion innovation, BIM implementation and best‑practice design management across the project lifecycle.
Location
Hunter Region, Central Coast, or relocation from Sydney may be considered.
