Job Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing breakfast dishes, as well as a solid work ethic and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook breakfast dishes according to menu and customer requests
Ensure all dishes are cooked and presented to high standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, as needed
Assist with menu planning and development, as required
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new breakfast recipes
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Chef in a quick-paced restaurant setting
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to work early mornings and weekends
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
Creative and innovative approach to breakfast dishes
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary Package
Salary Package:
$73,150 - $80,000 Plus Superannuation per annum.
