Salary : Up to A$110k base + Super + Uncapped Commission

The Role :
Our client is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in the accounting sector, particularly in senior accounting roles. This Brisbane-based position will involve managing the full recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement, while building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities :
Focus on recruiting for senior accounting roles across multiple industries.
Oversee the entire 360° recruitment process, from initial client engagement and role briefings to candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer management.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
Identify and develop recent business opportunities through networking and relationship management.
