About The Role

We are currently looking for multiple Senior EHS Coordinators to join our team in NSW to support the NSW project portfolio.

Responsibilities: work with the project team to lead safety on site, driving EHS performance, providing technical insight to identify issues and trends, monitoring compliance on staff and subcontractors with Lendlease EHS protocols, implementing safety and training initiatives, coordinating EH&S; paperwork, conducting site inspections, audits and risk assessments, assisting with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions, coordinating safety programs to meet contractual obligations, providing coaching, mentoring and technical guidance, and maintaining accurate EHS records, registers, and reporting systems.

About You
Prior experience in a Safety Coordinator/Advisor or EHS related position, from within the construction industry.




Experience in an EHS Analysis and reporting role and knowledge of the construction industry.
Experience working on site on a commercial and/or residential construction project.
Understanding of local legal and regulatory health and safety requirements.
Knowledge of secure working systems, legislation, rules, and procedures.
Clear and articulate communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders, internally and externally.
Cert IV WHS.
