The successful intern would get exposure to the following duties:
Prepare 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD.
Operate and program 5-axis and 4-axis CNC machines.
Perform G-code programming for CNC machines.
Conduct quality control and assurance duties.
Manage inventory of raw materials, buffer, and finished goods.
Plan and schedule production activities.
Apply lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in AutoCAD and CAM software.
Robust knowledge of CNC machine operation and maintenance.
Experience in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
