Responsible for growing and managing SAFC’s partner network to drive loan volume and revenue. The role focuses on partner acquisition, relationship management, and business growth through strategic partnerships.
Job Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and onboard current business and referral partners
Grow and manage SAFC’s partner network to drive loan production
Maintain solid relationships with partners and address performance or operational concerns
Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company targets
Drive sales performance through partner productivity, incentives, and promotions
Coordinate partner onboarding, training, and enablement
Qualifications
Holds a bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
At least three (3) years supervisory or managerial experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
Experience in financial services is an advantage
Proven track record in building and scaling partner networks
Solid negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑management skills
Willing to do fieldwork and travel as needed
